It's odd that just as he starts bragging about what an American car company can do, they're showing a shot of a gap in the bumper big enough to put my fist through and a gap in the hood above the headlight big enough to slide my hand under. Crappy build quality and poor durability were what got GM, Ford and Chrysler into the mess they're in, and no amount of hyperbole can cover for poor product.
STFU. Lee Iacocca is one of the best business men that the world has ever seen, when he was at Chrysler, every single one of their cars were quality built. The Viper has quality written all over it. He was boasting about how fast the car was developed. Let me guess, you are an anti - American liberal?
Do you expect the car to be air tight? It isn't unusual at all. The Viper is an awesome car that you wouldn't think to drive 300000 miles with anyway, it's a V10 sports car! If you're looking for a car that just gets you from point a to point b (provided there is no steep hills between said points) for dirt cheap that will last for 100K+ miles than you buy a 80's Toyota. Of course this means your car will look like shit and will be about as fun (to drive) as having a terminal illness.

@supertrix101 If they are, I guess that would mean they'd all be merged into Chrysler. :-)

It would've worked better if it was for Jimmy Dean sausages. Now who out there doesn't love them a good Jimmy Dean Sausage?

I believe in him like I believe in Steven Seagal, but I don't understand my addiction to American Cars.
