WOW played this when i was 3 cuz this came out in 1995! born in 1992 right in SNES era! A bitchin SNES Classic! beat it on both versions!

other classics like SMW SMB2 SMB3 Link to the past DK Country/2/3 have all made it to GBA. the sequel to this was ok YOshi's Island DS but cant beat the original! SNES classics forevar!

Makes me remember when I first got this game, the NES was no lnger popular by the time I was born ( Which was 1996) and this was my favorite. I was 4 or 5 and I was playing in my room when suddenly my dad came in holding a Game Boy Advance and Yoshi's Island. I played it immediatly only to be terrified of it 2 weeks later ( When I reached the first boss) a couple of years later I played it again and I finally beat it 8 years later. Now I'm planning on buying a copy so I can play it all over. :D

I never realized the Yoshi Isle music from M&L2 was the same as Yoshi's Island's Title Screen music XD

Hearing them in contrast, though, I'd have to saw it's one of the few pieces of music that Nintendo has made better with in a remake.

Some people find this game childish. Dinosaurs (i say again, DINOSAURS) throwing their eggs, killing giant man eating plants, TITANIC blue river monsters, and getting high off of fuzzy substances. I think its awesome.
