@RapSince99Sucx yo can find this instrumental. I found A Special Herbs Metal fingaz 3 Disc set with all the illest villain. Gheedorah, DOOM, KMD Beats from most everything. Special herbs vol 3. so you know man. Hip Hop Family live on without the industry
thanks, but i have all the special herbs volumes already.. the original "what a niggy know" instrumental is available.. but this version, the remix instrumental version.. is very rare & hard to find..
heard this on a 'best of' and could never track it down cause the tracklist didn't have proper tracknames. i remember the first time i heard this. waiting for a bus in teh middle of winter on my discman. thanks for posting this.
The rhyme of Grimm on this track is the illest EVER. And yeah the rest... this is just the most awesome song made by them and made EVER. Yes i just capitalized EVER 2 times.. ok 3 times... lol
if anyone was reading my comment i promtly removed my appologees lmao anyways i read the track name wrong thought it said featuring mf doom not grimm lmfao......... and i was like mf doom was in kmd :) anyways this is a awesome track my favorite kmd joint plus tell me an album thats better than black bastards timeless bboy fucking hip hop love on this lp PEACE
You just made my next 10 years....I've been looking for this FOREVER! I used to have to tape an all hip hop station that came on in Chicago call WHPK on the weekends for it I lived in the burbs but if you held the antena downstairs you could get it pretty clear. I held that freakin antena for 4 hours every Saturday faithfully. That's why I felt Mos Def when he said "It was love for that thing that made me wanna stay out, it was love for that thing that made me stay in the house".. THANK YOU.
LOL i remember standing next to the box holding a home-made tin foil antenna to catch stretch and bob when i was like 10. Respect due real hip hop. PEACE.
@jaytothewhat If you haven't listened to Typical Cats then you should. They have a song called Thin Red Line about them all meeting up at WHPK for a show. Lyrically incredible..
dope!

I keep the ugly rhymes in the celler of my cranium
Where no one can see them or hear cries for freedom
Chopped up raw thoughts the only thing I feed 'em
Release the beats from the celler when I need 'em
Dwell underground like C.H.U.D., love letters
Wrinkled paper bags, ink and blood

thought the lyrics were;
love letters written in paper bags, inked in blood.......
