  • amazing !!

  • I wish I would have known about using the push pin on my locks before take down. In the back of my head I used a fine comb and then let someone else take out the top with a pin. My hair after 2 years almost is still destroyed in the back because of my action and the top is doing much better. Live and learn

  • but I'm on FB inbox me and I'll add you when I reactivate my account :P Girl bang those 11 locs out!!!

  • Don't you hate it when you type a long ass response and YT says sorry your comment can not be posted? *rolls eyes HARD* ANYWAYS lolo I was saying My hair is about your length started May 23rd 2008 around the same time as you I believe. I find working with quick motions with the push pin takes out the hair faster and I lose less hair. I even have it down to 30 mins per loc. Don't need the oil because apparently I have oil build up eeeeeekkkk! As for pics and such my channel page is very neglected

  • I'm in the process of taking down my locs as well and I found that my best tools are a cup of water and a push pin. 45 mins to an hour on each loc. How far along are you?

  • @LuciousC oh okay :) i figured out during the process water and coconut oil is my best bet. the isoplus was taking out too much hair :( i only use it on really tough parts. wow 45 minutes to an hr that quick. It takes me forever with the water and coconut oil. I'm not sure how long your locs are (wheres or avi pic girl lol). I have 11 left...if i had help i would be done today but that's not the case.

Well good luck make a vid. i'm going to see if you have any vids.

  • I love your locs but I'm happy you found a way to unloc so when I'm ready to unloc I know who to call!!! I'm rock the locs for a few more years!!!

  • Did you ever have any issues during the beginning on your loc journey when you would retwist and for some unknown reason, some of the roots would untwist? If so, how can I stop that from happening?

  • I'm in the process of taking mine down. I'm taking down #8 as I watch your videos. :)

  • @BlackAngelPlayah how long have you been loc'd? & why did you decided to un-lock?

    thank you for watching :)

  • How long did it take for your locs to lock?

  • LYFE!! YOUR HAIR IS SO LONG!! LOL

  • lol at the "hoo rat ow" that has to be a ny thing...catch my self doing that every so often then i feel bad about myself...lol...

ur gonna have an amazing lioness mane when ur done...40yrs from now =]....u betta cook some food, invite friends ova, and give them each a needle and some conditioner haha

  • @summerbabi LOL the "ow" is so funny to me. Ha Ha @ 40 yrs from now. I don't trust anyone combing out my locs. So most likely i'll take them out myself. Thank U. I cant wait for the Yes Lioness Mane.

  • I could not imagine taking my locs down ...But if you do good luck Im to lazy for that I will just cut them off....Whatever you decide your hair will look great

  • im doing the same thing, except i'm doing the back ones.

  • NOOOOOOOOOO! Y?

  • @KLocStar135 thinking about switching things up.

  • I've thought about it...but...I keep changing my mind. Some of my locs are really thin and look like they would break. That's around the edges. So, I did a crazy thing. I knotted them! Those I know I can't comb out so I'll have to cut them off.

  • so much hair!!! I've seen so many people do this, but it still amazes me

  • I came straight to this video!! Are your thinking about taking them down?!

  • @septemberlove04 thinking about it. only took down four locs
