actually, before you crossed the line, you could see how 2nd place turned yellow all out of a sudden which means third. although it is weird. he looks like a couple meters behind you

He didn't if you look closely, he was behind me after the race finished, you can see him behind me when the blue shell hits us both after crossing the line.

And the Offroader is NOT that slow. It's pretty fast when I use it.

Offroader has high acceleration and low top speed, therefore it's pretty slow.

For me, good acceleration is all a vehicle needs to be fast. The Offroader is my favorite large kart, actually. It always works out for me.

yeah, piranha prowler pretty hard to control but when u get the hang of it is 1 of the best karts in the game along with karts like turbo booster

You don't need to hop many times when you are about to fall out of track in Rainbow Road. You can do tricks on the circular ramp.
