That's not the time it takes to open Photoshop. First of all Vista uses superfetch and caches all programs that are often used. So once this guy boots his computer, the system will load most parts of Photoshop in memory. Secondly we also have Photoshop itself, which caches the program once you open it the first time. Then you also have Windows caching Photoshop on top of superfetch + hard drive caching. Any descent system can open Photoshop in a second,even with 7200rpm hard drives.

Nice one, but if you install more programs, it may take more than 1 second to load up, I could be wrong, i'm not sure.
