If these are the T8 replacements, doesnt seem to be much of a saving on watts. Also T8 are somewhat archaic with the hobby dominated with T5s, surely Arcadia should be looking at those?
These lights use a large quantity of lower powered LEDs, rather than using a just few high power (e.g. 1W) LEDs. This allows the different colours to blend seamlessly, but does mean that the ripple from the water surface is less dramatic.
