Imagine how much money they make a day….its what $20 bucks for a boat launch and lets say about 250 boats in five hours. Thats $5,000 X 2= $10,000. So this marina makes about $10K….a month about $40k in 3 months about $110,000. Now thats good business.

I have seen way worse, but it always amazes me how many people cannot back a trailer straight down the boat ramp. There were bunches of people who either backed crooked or took up more than one lane. They are backing straight down a hill, it isn't like they are backing around a corner or something. There should be an IQ test and driver's ed required before someone is allowed to buy a boat.

I was working on the ramp that day as a watercraft inspector, the trees block the view of the mayhem above the stageing area, it was a huge effort on the part of all the employees at the ramp to keep traffic flowing smoothly, there were severeal fights, crashes, and lots of cursing in the parking lot above

good to see a ramp that runs smoothly... spent many weekend watching campground idiots at wildwood (just outside of st. marys ONT.) do some really stupid things... my favorite would be a guy in a cherokee that drove his trailer axel past the concrete pad putting the frame on the concrete and ripped the leaf springs off the frame by trying to show off to his buddies with his 4WD.
