This song can work in a spin class.. It's a matter of increasing the resistance when I slows down and do an uphill climb... This is the only time I miss the old Reebok bikes with the quick level to up and down... otherwise you are twisting and twisting before you are where you need to be with resistance.
spinning class is an aerobics workout it is more on cardiovascular concerns....strengthening is not that really working...though spinning with very heavy resistance and a slow pedalling it will also help ur quads,thighs and buns to improve....but the function of spinning is more on cardiovascular.thanks
@Spreadthelovenow ...No...Spinning is a Cardio workout......like a TreadMill......you walk or jog/run on a treadmill....same with the bike.......If you want to target certain body parts....there are machines in the gym to work on certain parts....
This class is held at night during the winter. Many of these people ride 15 to 20 hours a week with most of it outdoors. Also many of these riders are Cat 1 or 2 racers, so not many sissies in this group.
hook those bikes to alternators and start gennerating your own energy!!
