Too many people disliking this and leaving negative comments. Just to clarify, these machines are well loved and looked after. It is the owners that keep these vehicles valuable. After it has stretched its legs a bit on this trial it will get taken home, washed, and then probably taken apart for a full service and then re-assembled.

These trials keep them in top notch working order. Store this car in a garage and only do 2-3 trips a year to a show and it will sieze up. Seals will leak etc.

They're built to do this! Good on him for using it and not leaving it in a pristine air-conditioned garage and wheeling it out once a year for concours. Old race cars should race, if they get damaged you fix them and send them back out
