  • Nice

  • COULD I USE ALREADY WHIPPED CREAM???????

  • @cupcake11144 well, it depends if you want it very very sweet, cause the whipped cream has sugar and the heavy cream not, thats why the only used heavy cream, just to give the consistance

  • @SkellingtonPrincess1 ok got it

  • yum. heart attack in a glass

  • great recipe tastes great!!

  • OMG, this recipie sounds great!! I am going to use this one!

  • wooo love it!!!! thanks!

  • watch?v=F5etpjIWOwE

  • In other videos they dont boilt it, but instead of sugar, they use "Condensed Milk", any suggestions?

  • @PacoAIeman the boiling part is to kill any bacteria that may be in the eggs(salmonella). I personally boil it just to be on the safe side. I prefer sugar to condensed milk, but hay, do whatever you like. This is eggnog, I heard a thousand recipes for it.

  • @DaniOcean for all those worried about salmonella from raw eggs; i just studied it for 1 hour and found out there is nothing to worry about with raw eggs, as long as the egg shell isn't cracked bacteria will NOT be inside the egg and therefore it is safe to drink raw! I know someone who drinks 12 eggs a day, everyday.

  • You can purchase egg nog in the UK but few shops sell it, you have to know where to go....I bought a can of Borden's eggnog about 3 hrs ago in a westindian grocery shop for £4.50. This same product is available on amazon for £7.99.

  • Great recipe! So easy to follow!

    AND

    I love those glass cups!

  • has anybody heard how much milk exactly?please help me

  • @littleboots888 a quart of milk.

  • Lol, she tells you to stir in the whipped cream gently with an whisk... the person in the vid is whisking away happily xD

  • NOG!!!!

  • can someone please give me this recipe for the uk? I am not sure how big 1 cup is? I need the measuements. You cannot buy egg nog in the UK & I really want to make it. Thank you

  • @cammymufc17 I live in Belgium and have the exact same problem. From what I gathered on google (wikipedia and other sites) a USA cup is 236.59 ml (I guess we can round it up a little ;) ). We don't have eggnog here either :( But whenever I'm in London around xmas time I have an eggnog latte at starbucks (and sometimes i add in a mini-pre-filled-at-home bottle of bayleys), delicious! I definitely want to make eggnog this year :)

  • @cammymufc17 They have egg nog at Marks and Spencers just in the middle of London. It's near the Tube station.

  • @cammymufc17 Are you kidding, not meant to be sarcastic? I thought eggnog originated from the UK and Canada? I was looking forward to purchasing it in the UK and europe someday. Well as the saying goes, you learn something new everyday. Thanks for educating me.

  • @KentuckyRebels It's a lot easier to get Advocat in the UK, which is an alcoholic egg nog.

  • holidays are near, i'll definitely be trying this one out :D

  • hmmm very interesting curtling is bad

  • so THATS what eggnog is!

  • @toomuchnatureforme Have u ever tryed egg nog before?

  • @CHECHEloveful Nope, i only know what it is from cartoons during the holidays!

  • It made my mouth full of water %.%

  • looks like chicken sperm

  • @dclaver2 ...what the fuck?

  • @mrrawrlicious That's what it is.

  • @dclaver2 o.o?

  • Here's another great eggnog video

    watch?v=bFOZEnaejy4

  • nice too bad i dont have any cream

  • Good drink.

  • how much milk??? =S

  • thx drinks now lol

  • this is a calorie bomb

  • true dat

  • How do you "gently fold" whipped anything with a wire wisk? Generally, if you're folding, a spatula is the weapon of choice since it allows for you to incorporate whipped items with a minimal amount of bubble loss (air is what makes it whipped). Whisks are notorious for destroying bubbles, which is why they're not used for folding.

  • @astayonix A helpful comment on youtube? Impossible!

Seriously though - thank you, I did not know that. I will keep it in mind as I make my nog tomorrow (not the recipe, but the steps are all mostly the same anyways.)

  • too bad im too lazy to do that :D

  • true dat

  • good eats, perhaps?

  • it maybe late for holidays but imma still make it cause it's good lol

  • Great recipe

  • i love eggnog

  • right now it is a little late for the holidays, but still a good recipe to know :D
