WHOA... this is impressive, BUT remember: cowboy fast-draw competitors do NOT use real bullets, they use very thin, light pieces of wax, just enough to keep the power from falling out of the case. As a result, they have NO recoil.

With real bullets, their gun barrels would whip upwards 45+ degrees after a shot. That's why Hollywood-style "fanning" a revolver is a myth: it's impossible. Same with what these guys are doing. Just putting it all in perspective...

What's the difference between a single action and a double action?

basicly a revolver firing involves 2 actions, chamber rotating and the hammer coming down, with a single action you rotate the chamber with the hammer then use the trigger to drop the hammer so the trigger preforms a single action for a double action both are done with the trigger pull although it can fire single action by cocking the hammer be four hand which give a lighter trigger pull.

The powder loads spread out like a shotgun blast. I think the timer was random which is anywhere from 2 to 7 seconds. Sometimes you can miss by being dead on target if your shell is not loaded properly. Still takes lots of skill and very quick reactions.

There was one revolver -- I forgot the name or model -- but it used a recoil system above the barrel to cock the hammer, effectively lowering the trigger pull for each shot. It must've been hella heavy, though, and there's no modern revolver using the same principle.

he is useing two pistols its realy simple all he has to do is pull the trigger realy black powder loads with a type of shot in them instead of a bullet spreads out he dont even have to aim just point in general direction notice the to guns from :28 and :31 still its fast to work the hammer and pull trigger but all it is is a show no way to use it affectively
