Spaced went the way of one of the other great british sitcom Fawlty Towers, only 2 series but left it on a high. Thats always the best time to leave something rather than 8 series later with repeating gags and jokes.

For eg Arrested Development and Two and a Half Man started at the same time AD got cancelled whereas 2&aHM is still on. I enjoyed the flirtation and sexual tension throughout the two seasons but would have enjoyed a "happier" ending for them together since they were so accepting and fond of each other, and well, compatible. : )

Listened to the Shaun of the Dead commentary, when the gorgeous Jess appears in her cameo they gloss over it, making no reference to their previous co-opertive work. Methinks they've fallen out. Spaced was only directed by EW. SP and JH wrote the bloody lines!
