you go girl! i just happened to stumble upon your videos after a jog and doing an 8 min ab work out. I'm 17 years old and will be 18 in April. I weigh 62.2kg and I'm only 155cm tall, not exactly obese or anything but I've been struggling with weight issues since forever, I really want to lose the weight to about 55kg but it just seems so hard... but i wont quit because if anything i know i will feel so much more confident after!! you are one of the inspiring people out there! :) good job :)

you are truly an inspiration!right now i am a bit over 200,& ive been trying to keep it in check lately by switching to soy milk,drinking tea,working out,& using smaller plates in order to eat smaller portions & its been working!even on christmas i didnt really eat i tried to have time with my family not the food!my first goal is to get anywhere under 200,maintain it,then try to get to 150 which is around the the appropriate weight for my height which is 5 foot 4! imma kick ass next year! >:D

@Dreamer10231 I lost 100 pounds in 10 months by working out 30 min a day . I ate the same food just less of it . Its not about what you eat but how much you eat . Yes you have to eat healthy foods to feel healthy but you can still have 1 cupcake if you want it . Your body does not fight you if you do it right. I did change some things like i drank green tea instead of coffie with creamer and sugar . And i had oatmeal instead of captain crunch for breakfast . Good luck if i can do it so can you !

Been working on slimming down myself, need to lose about 20 lbs to be at my ideal weight. Seeing someone lose this much from just hard work and dieting is fantastic. I think i'm going to do an extra workout today just because of how inspired I am.
I do have to agree with some people though, you don't need to lose anymore weight. 130-135 is perfect!

I've lost 10 lbs so far in just 3 weeks. All I did was walk about 4 miles a day 5 days a week and stopped eating meat. I was so shocked when the doctor said i was 150. My new goal is too loose 5-10 more by the end of july.

Science does not currently understand the cause of obesity. This is true. Obesity is hellishly complex, and the unknowns are far greater than the knowns.
In the coming years, drugs will most likely be available which target fat cell regulation specifically. Our bodies' weight regulation systems are extremely complex and not well understood at all by science yet.
The biggest reason we all look different in body shape and body weight is genetics. The best quality science says so.

you are truly an inspiration!right now i am a bit over 200,& ive been trying to keep it in check lately by switching to soy milk,drinking tea,working out,& using smaller plates in order to eat smaller portions & its been working!even on christmas i didnt really eat i tried to have time with my family not the food!my first goal is to get anywhere under 200,maintain it,then try to get to 150 which is around the the appropriate weight for my height which is 5 foot 4! imma kick ass next year! >:D

@Dreamer10231 I lost 100 pounds in 10 months by working out 30 min a day . I ate the same food just less of it . Its not about what you eat but how much you eat . Yes you have to eat healthy foods to feel healthy but you can still have 1 cupcake if you want it . Your body does not fight you if you do it right. I did change some things like i drank green tea instead of coffie with creamer and sugar . And i had oatmeal instead of captain crunch for breakfast . Good luck if i can do it so can you !

I applaud you for losing this weight. I'm about 195 and am struggling to lose even 5lbs. So to lost almost 70lbs takes alot of focus and discipline. I endeavor to weigh around 130-135. Ive heard great things about WW so I think I will join them as well. Thanks for the inspiration.

Been working on slimming down myself, need to lose about 20 lbs to be at my ideal weight. Seeing someone lose this much from just hard work and dieting is fantastic. I think i'm going to do an extra workout today just because of how inspired I am.
I do have to agree with some people though, you don't need to lose anymore weight. 130-135 is perfect!

1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform "HIIT" to boost metabolism.

Great job..... but I think the 152 shot was when u were at ur best... because you still had a young looking face to that point.....
after that the additional weight loss began to add years to your face....just my opinion....
But as long as you are happy....thats all that matters....

I've lost 10 lbs so far in just 3 weeks. All I did was walk about 4 miles a day 5 days a week and stopped eating meat. I was so shocked when the doctor said i was 150. My new goal is too loose 5-10 more by the end of july.
