    I'm her same height (5'7"), but imo, 125 is way too thin; it makes her look anorexic. I, like others, think she looked better at 150-160. .

  • @hotdrumchick 125 is not too thin for 5'7". I am 5'7" and 133 and could definitely stand to lose 10 lbs.

  • Great job on your weight loss. I agree with Plarzmo & lebanna89 that you looked best at 1:05/1:06 - but it's your body so as long as your happy that's all that matters. Just don't get too skinny to where you end up sick and looking unhealthy. All and all Great Job!

  • you go girl! i just happened to stumble upon your videos after a jog and doing an 8 min ab work out. I'm 17 years old and will be 18 in April. I weigh 62.2kg and I'm only 155cm tall, not exactly obese or anything but I've been struggling with weight issues since forever, I really want to lose the weight to about 55kg but it just seems so hard... but i wont quit because if anything i know i will feel so much more confident after!! you are one of the inspiring people out there! :) good job :)

  • you are truly an inspiration!right now i am a bit over 200,& ive been trying to keep it in check lately by switching to soy milk,drinking tea,working out,& using smaller plates in order to eat smaller portions & its been working!even on christmas i didnt really eat i tried to have time with my family not the food!my first goal is to get anywhere under 200,maintain it,then try to get to 150 which is around the the appropriate weight for my height which is 5 foot 4! imma kick ass next year! >:D

  • @Dreamer10231 I lost 100 pounds in 10 months by working out 30 min a day . I ate the same food just less of it . Its not about what you eat but how much you eat . Yes you have to eat healthy foods to feel healthy but you can still have 1 cupcake if you want it . Your body does not fight you if you do it right. I did change some things like i drank green tea instead of coffie with creamer and sugar . And i had oatmeal instead of captain crunch for breakfast . Good luck if i can do it so can you !

  • I applaud you for losing this weight. I'm about 195 and am struggling to lose even 5lbs. So to lost almost 70lbs takes alot of focus and discipline. I endeavor to weigh around 130-135. Ive heard great things about WW so I think I will join them as well. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • I've lost 10 lbs so far in just 3 weeks. All I did was walk about 4 miles a day 5 days a week and stopped eating meat. I was so shocked when the doctor said i was 150. My new goal is too loose 5-10 more by the end of july.
