    BTW where did u learn about uruguayan grill? Nice device, looks a "flat" variation of "medio tanque" grill. I think medio tanque concentrates heat better because its literally a "half steel drum" that gather embers , and is vfrequently covered with refractary bricks .

    That super nice steaks look great for "chivito"
