Stupid question, but in which martial art is the bo staff used? I used to do judo & jui jitsu, and we used some staffs in judo, but I KNOW they weren't bo staffs.

@5tormlord there is a point to spinning it around your neck if you miss your enemy say he ducks out of the way you keep the momentum going around your neck to come in with another strike I'm still learning but if this is all so useless please make a video to show us all how it's done, I won't hold my breath

@5T0RML0RD his bo is made of fiberglass so that he can show the techniques with alot more speed than a wooden bo allows and cos they kick ass, (i have both wooden and fiberglass)

i learn jiu jitsu, ufc fighting (vale tudo), and grapling...i like playing with bo staff and ninja things. its anoying to learn 3 martial arts, when there are better things to learn. i cant leave coze i train 6 days a week...

This is a effective striking move. Mainly because you would already have the momentum to do a strike.
