Your knowledge is outdated. NTSB published the animation from the "supposed" black box data from flight 77. On their animation the plane's path was on the south of the CITGO gas station and according to them it was not even close to the light poles. The poles were even shown on the video on the other side of the road. So even the official version now contradicts itself and says that the plane did not touch any poles.
