@47cheska.. I can tell u were searching n didn't think u would ever find. Am for u coz u comment is exactly ma comment. @TRANSPERSONALEFFECTS u my friend, are saving some lives. Enjoy ur journey of search as I too n the rest of us. Thanks for the effort
I've just discovered you!!! You come over very well in a fluid natural way;this is the 1st time ever I've written to someone on you tube So I hope you feel happy about that it's a huge complement 47 cheska
I have just started to meditate and have used youtube to find out about it and I have found exercises to put it to practice. I have watched your videos and they are my "favorite" you explain it in a way that is real and concrete and not like the other crazy abstract videos that makes it seem weird. Just subscribed. You are good at what you do.
i love your videos! thank you so much!!! God bless you and your family, and all those who teaches us to be HERE AND NOW, to be aware, and i will try hard to always remember what i have learned from you. more power!!!
good to see you're still around dude :) question, do you know much about the science of celibacy/cultivation of energy in that sense? all the best, simon
Wow that was cool, thanks for the lesson :) i was doing it while you was speaking and the 8mins flew by. I manged to put it into my hand they started to tingle and then i felt my heart beat within them which helped me get a good breathing pattern which got me even more relaxed, but i had problem trying to put the awareness into my torso, i think i manged it near the end about the 7mins mark but then all of a sudden a white dot appeared for about 4 secs. It was almost like a laser dot
@Usoppable It is perfectly normal to feel various sensations (or none in particular) during meditation, and especially when you have brought your focus to your body. The key is just to allow them to come and go while remaining passively aware of your body.
its cool that you dont use meditation as an escape tool but as a self awarness tool to be in the moment, in the body, let go of thoughts. We are however, our entire body. When we only experience ourselves in the head then we are disconnected from the rest of our physical. So yes cool you shared about bringing this over your entire body.
@SpamAnn The amazing thing about this meditation is that by becoming aware of your body, the mind has trouble playing its games. You can still become distracted, but like anything, being aware outside thought becomes easier the more it's done.
I will definetly try this thank you, peace
