1 tip, If your going too fast on a curve while drifting, and you loose it, try holding the e-brake If you feel that you're loosing your drift, it will accumulate more points while sliding on with the ebrake

This is the only game that I know off that combines real JDM parts, my favrouite drift car the 180sx type X, and miles and miles of touge and endless drift battles. Sure the graphics are not to good but to my ears my tuned 180sx sounds awesome and the sense of speed is great as is the smoke. Some may well disagree with me, but I think this game is very underated.

I just think all we petrolheads need is a PS3 versian of the old ps2 game D1 Grand Prix. Up to date cars and tracks, and physics.

@TheFlowMeister I partly agree with you. Many many parts to pick from. Gotta know which parts work best for your car/drift style. I love the customization that comes with this game. No 2 cars look-a-like. Where in Need For Speed when you customize a car, someone else has already made that same looking car. All this game needs is a physics engine upgrade. Thats it.

Customization, Real Cars and Drivers, Real Tracks, and Better Physics. The customization behind Initial D Extreme Stage was pretty good. However the gameplay sucked. It didn't justify all the little things. I'm tired of need for speed. We need something Real!!!!

@slionheart21 Over-steer is when you turn too much and your car turns more than it needs to. Thats when you counter-steer to do a drift. Under-steer is when your car doesn't turn enough to make the turn.

it is possible to get that amount of points without drifting like this just combine each drift type, hug the walls, and make sure you know how to continue the drifts

Hey how do you do the clutch kick drift? If you get that many points by doing that then im gonna do that all the time.

@stickgamer1 On PS2, it should be the Circle Button. You do get a lot of points for doing that move, but it is hard to control as you saw in the video. I was going for points in the video so thats why I always nearly spin out.

Hmm. you say it's not about style; you're right, but if the game wasn't so easy-going you wouldn't have gotten half the score you did.

For example, you hit the wall like 10 times while drifting; any other game, you would have lost your score.

And the physics? Wow please, you could put the analog stick full lock and it still wouldn't spin out.

Finally, not everyone's a Troll; I'm not saying bad things, it's constructive criticism. It's not your fault. It was good, if only the game could be.
