i dont know maybe it doesnt work like that maybe all it takes is "the butterfly effect" maybe "they" have means of prediction beyond what we do and a little nudge here and there and it increases the damage of the quake, or sets off one that might have not happened. i dont know once again either way people need to realize HAARP is more than just fun and games, the department of defense wouldnt be involved unless there was military uses.

Every hear of the butterfly effect. If HAARP were used to create an unnatural earthquake, we have no idea whether or not it would cause a ripple effect inducing other earthquakes.

Anyhow, someone did a video about the Sun releasing a flare on it's north with Jupiter aligned up with it perfectly. Not too long after, the earthquake in Chile happened.

As a theory of my own to consider if any would. Taking into account "as above, so below". Is it possible, that such quakes even if caused by harp, would be forecast-able, since time is distorted by the black hole / vortex of the Solar images? I mean, despite translating (in linear time) an event BEFORE it happens, is it not possible to forecast even a human caused event? Especially if your means of prediction is taken advantage of already by a group or another entity of thought?

As far as HAARP being "known" as public information vs. when it was created (Tesla?), I did consider that aspect of your comments, and also consider the distortion being in time, considering Time wave Zero and the halfway points involved in that theory, it may also be possible to show as an echo, but I do not know the exact formula to show the evidence from point beginning to end for the sequence to see if it matches.

FUNCLEJ0E: The Japan/Chile quakes also happened at the full moon with Jupiter nearly perfectly conjunct with the Sun. Haiti had Venus conjunct. (See my earlier vid.) This it's common for these major events to coincide with full moons and solar conjunctions.

So they would have timed it like that?

IMO The event that rippled through time to create the coronal hole was a previous quake or a celestial event like a sungrazing comet.

these quakes are natural phenom. yet, we know haarp has been used for weather manipulation, amongst other things. Good video. I was also going to create a video on Antennas that show the HAARP facility is not a directional antenna. It is an array of cross dipole antenna. It just transmits straight up.. thus why they put it in a remote location.

I'm one of the 'tin foilers' and I thought that the use of HAARP to cause an earthquake is inefficient. Rather underground nukes might do the job. Maybe this was the case.

I also believe these quakes are being caused by CME's hitting the earth. That can explain why they see the pink clouds occur before them. Also, when was the last time you heard an earthquake in Oklahoma? I'll provide the link via a message... Youtube won't allow me to post it.
