if you need an organic source of iron that u can just add to your soil use Gypsum then u dont have to have any chelating chemicals in with your organic goodness. Start reading the magazine Skunk every month their grow editor has an article about TLO growing (True Living Organics) it changed how i grow ever since i started reading the magazine and i have better tasting, smelling and faster finishing plants because it relies on the natural soil microorganisms instead of chemicals that force feed.

The light should be closer and them leaves look like the plants are not getting enough nutrients. They are too light in colour. Spray them with Rizzotonic ! they would soon go a nice deep green.

Not to bad. Im using CFL's myself, inside a grow box. At 2 weeks after germination mine were slightly shorter than yours but have more overall growth.

To lil27mike27big, MG is not a good choice. It is way to loaded with nutrients. To much can cause stunted plant growth and actually hurt the plant. For the first 2-3 weeks your plants dont need any.

Are you flowering already at 2 weeks....? Because your supposed to use the HP for flowering and MH for veg.......they need to reach sexual maturity first and have srtong stemsand reach at least 12 inches before flowering to take on all the weight of the bud

@lawemanden if you want seeds, the only thing you got to do is to leave a male plant in your crop.

A single male can pollinate about 15-30 plants!! or more...

but if you want few seeds, then you better just remove the male to another room, and collect its pollen in a bag or container, and then pollinate only the buds you want.

I use the same reflector with a 400w, I private messaged you a few weeks ago, anyway I started of my new grow, How do you get away without any ventilation those 400 watters get hot, Also your light looks really far away Is that better for plants at that stage mine are a couple weeks old and I have it around a foot away.

Btw i noticed some yellowing on the tips of the first true leaves(not cotyledons) which sounds to me like N defficiancy, (they are in seed and cutting compost).

The cuboard i grow in is 12 " tall. It never gets over 30 degrees. If i put the light any closer the plants will be pure yellow. I feed them fine thanks, HGs are better grown outdoors and i can tell straight away. No defficany dude :) 8 years with the same set up. IM GOOD !

I was asking because mine are seedlings and the tips of the leaves are yellowing which I know is N defficiancy but that doesn't make sense because they're too young, unless the compost I'm using is low in nutes (john innes loam based #1 seed and cutting)

Whats the best soil to use to grow them Big. It's intresting ours are at similar stages so it will be intresting to compare later on with such a similar set up.

Hi mate, Ive been using the same mix for 3 years now with great drainage and the roots ball are massive at the end. Anyway i use miracle grows organic peat free compost with a mix of peralite (30%) chicken manure or bone meal (15-20%).

Never lets me down dude.

Yeah its an old school strain.I dont like greenhouseseeds i here really bad things about them but i got the seeds for free so why not try them you no! I stick to blueberry and powerplant from Dutch passion most of the time. Never lets me down and as far as genetics in Holland go, Dutch passion are the masters. They made about 75% of strains you see all over the world today. Seeds are expensive though. £120+ for 10.

I'm growing bubblegun, which I also got free for naming the seed, I was thinking of keeping mothers but someone told me that female seeds aren't stable enough.

Dr Hemp (from Dr Hemp's seeds who created the strain) said the seedbank he used was one of the best. They smell delicous already that real bubblegum aroma. (oh it's bubblegumxAK47) I think I have a spare seed kicking about somwhere if you wanna give it a shot.

As far as hermaphrodites go i have been stung before. My last PPP plant showed some small male pods in the last 2 weeks fuck. I was really worried but just cut them off and everything was cool. Not a single seed. I still perfer feminised. Nothing worse than growing 10 plants for 6 weeks to find out 7 of them are males LOL.

Thats funny cause the guy in my local hydro shop suggested i use it along with the usual bio-bizz routine. Its only to be used in the vegative stage so anything to boost them at this stage is great. I have had that same bottle for about 2 years now lol. I only give them a spray every 2 weeks or so but yeah i aint had any problems and it seems to help them alot. Always spray under the leaves at sun-down !! :)

i don,t know if one of this brass pipes above your timer, flo also cold water, if so than you have to think about it that in the warm moist closet air can give condens on the pipe with cold running water.

enough condens can drip of and fall in the electric. safety first!
