2:14-2:28 Nancy Keenan is referring to the "Capps-Waxman Amendment" in the House version of Obamacare. Her statement is misleading. That Amendment would have explicitly authorized the federal government to pay for all abortions under the "public option". The money that runs the "public option" (if the "public option" becomes a reality) is funded with federal (public) money.
