Thats great!! well my visitor jacked me all up..No more fruit n veggie challenge for me..I don't even want to get back on the scale!! OK ..I gained big time!! So discouraged..I am going to regroup for Monday..after the holiday.
Gaining is the horrible part. Now, lets see I devoted my self to walk this trail by my house in total is 8 miles but I just walk to a point where the clock says I been walking an hour and I turn around. I do that three times miin. That's when I noticed the inch loss and I only did it maybe 5 times... We can do it and reach our goal we have to see what works for us.
if you are losing inches and losing very little it's because you are gaining muscle. not fun to see the number on the scale but focus on the inches and your clothes. eventually the muscle will burn that fat and it will all come together.
Actually muscle is more dense than fat, which causes it to take up less space. So muscle doesn't weigh more than fat b/c 1 pound of fat and 1 pound of muscle is the same, 1 pound. Just a little info.
@Tmochava You are correct. That is what I meant but could not express it properly.
1lb of anything is = to 1lb of anything else. I meant it in the way that 2 people can weigh the same amount and one could be smaller because one has more muscle.

Yeah I live a block from the boardwalk..Ima have to start walking that again. I'll have a plan by Monday.

You should start measuring your inches...I notice a flucuation in my weight but my inches are going down

I thought so... my husband told me my back roll has gotten smaller, lol. I was upset a little at the comment but it was true lol

Congrats! Any loss is worth celebrating. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes upless space.
