The First tribute to Black Sabbath is the supreme tribute I've ever heard, the songs and bands were chosen in great correspondence. There's a second tribute to BS, but not much better than this.

Technically speaking, this is a very good cover version, but I don't like it. I perfectly understand that the artist is free to render the song he covers, in a way he considers it necessary. I consider this rendition to be inferior to the original. The artists failed to understand the atmosphere of this song, the feelings that it conveys.

@fearedlegend Bruce does kill Ozzy in vocals, yes, but that is not the only factor. I think the feeling of the "music" is lost here, that is just my humble opinion (someone above me said that same)

a lot of people bash Ozzys singing but then you get a guy like DIckinson singing his songs and its just not the same, these cover songs really show how truly unique Ozzy was. a great singer, at least before he left sabbath

@StonedReviewer Both awesome singers Geoff Tate is slightly similar to Dickinson, but in my opinion Dickinson is much better. If you really think of it though who even sounds slightly similar to Ozzy.................................Keep thinking.................................No one because he is so unique. I love Ozzy.

Agreed. This ain't bad, but when listening to later incarnations of Sabbath playing "Paranoid" it just doesn't work. Ian Gillian and Dio are two of my favourite singers, but they just can't do it. Same with a few of the other songs. Ozzy's tortured, monotone wail made early Sabbath what it was! Without him, I wager that Doom, Death and Black Metal would all sound VERY different.

@theuglysoldier I agree! There is NO replacing Ozzy! His voice was as much "the sound" of Sabbath as anything... While not the technical singer that some of the others are, Ozzy has capitalized on his unique voice and energetic spirit !
