  • ya it does have alot of cholesterol compared to other protein powders, according to CDC an athlete can comsume 350mg to 400mg a day unless they have a family background of high cholesterol- then they need to comsume the average (250-300). it really depends on how much shakes you make and how much high protein meals you eat.. i really dont like to exceed 2-3 shakes a day...to lower the chances of high cholesterol and i stay away form read meat..

    Haha I have this protein, it is awesome, but it doesn't really mix TOO well.

    It also has a lot of cholesterol in it, but the price is very good
