God this is why I love anime, the music is catchy and the quality of the animation is faultless, I can really appreciate it because I like to make animations so I know how much effort you have to put in.

The left side consists of Kyon and Nagato. Nagato is a robot so she would dance accordingly. Kyon is never too enthusiastic about Haruhi's suggestions so he's probably just doing it to make her shut up.
I was checking Anime Sakuga clip and it mentioned one of the animator who did above Haruhi ending animation. I would definitely mark her for guest of honor for anime convention.
