It's really going to be based on the reception by the fans. The fans are who makes the stars. In my opinion, William Reagle is a great wrestler. Literally has good ring skill and plays the best bad guy, but is he as popular as Batista or Triple H? No. As far as I can remember he has never reached that kind of status.
