Something pretty badass happens almost every episode, which is more than I can say for most good shows. This show also kills people like nobody's business. The murder rate in Mystic Falls is astronomical.

Visceral implemented a 5 "dead body" limit on the screen at one time. So anytime there are more than 5 dead bodies, the oldest ones disappear allowing the new bodies to remain. It really sucks when you are trying to get items and the bodies disappear before you can nab the items off of them.
