I don't think Infinity Ward looked into the ANZUS treaty for mw2 and mw3. part of the treaty is that if any one of the countries is attacked or attacking, then we will assist them, and i definitely don't see the australian army, navy or air force in it

Now about MW2 when playing TF141 on multiplayer use a LMG and play 3rd person, your character will always have an Australian flag arm patch. ;)
