Every living entity which grows or has consciousness has the spiritual particle referred to as "soul". The Bhagvad Gita confirms this. The soul can never be destroyed or lose its individuality EVER. There was neither a time where the soul din't exist or would cease to exist. Depending on our "karma" we get the next life.

There is another possibility besides reincarnation that Dr. Tucker has not mentioned considering: there ARE other spiritual beings who are NOT bound by time who can very easily access information-very detailed information- about a particular person's life, and then feed that info into the mind of another. Most of the eastern religions believe in reincarnation. The reason is simple, it is experimental. There are practices one can do to see their own past lives. And reincarnation is one very reason why we should be have acceptance for each other. And why some want to be a vegetarian.

when a baby is aborted or there is a miscarriage it returns to other side, not as a baby, but as a point of consciousness. The idea that "spirits" have bodies is not correct. They can appear to have bodies if they want. All children remember their past lives and dream about it. But they are conditioned that they are delusional. He is very general as to people's beliefs and act's like there is no depth or idea behind it. It's not an escape from death. On another note, does anyone here have an opinion about human energy? What I mean is that it would seem that human energy is the "X" factor science ignores. If it exists then it would mean that this IS possible and is prolly right.

Interesting documentary, no matter which viewpoint one prefers. I try to keep an open mind & although I like the idea of reincarnation, I think there is 2 much parental reinforcement for an objective evaluation & other variables (e.g. when recognising objects from past lives, unobserved patterns like smell). This is a belief which I am not skeptical about AT ALL. The idea of being born again with remembering/not remembering your past sounds like a reasonable belief. Why were you chosen to be born in the first place? So why not be born again after you die. The state you're in after you die is the same as before you were born so why not.
