Technicaly if u want to alch for a desired magic lvl, if u have cash, by cash i mean in the mills, u would just use longs(u) by buying like 5k without havnt to stop n wait for meds to buy. Big woopdy doo if u earn 45k in 30 mins i can make it in 5-10 mins

U take like 10.000 gp

Wear fire staff,buy 1 nature rune,1 alch.

After alch how much cash u have if its less than 10k

Means u lost.If its more than 10k u gain ;)
