It was created in Feb 1966 by Daniel O'Keefe, of Chappaqua, NY.

The greatness of this holiday was merely made more public by Seinfeld.

If this guy is making money off anyone, it's Daniel O' Keefe. Also, it pales in comparison to the amount made by Seinfeld and Co.
