You are not quite correct, GOODY61. This is "Robert Hart's Bad Company." Though none of the members are founding members of Bad Co., all of the members were members at one time or another. The fact is...Robert Hart has legal right to use the name...it's all in the contract he signed in the 90's. I admit its janky...but it's legal. With the "real" Bad Co. only play a few dates in Europe in 2010, this is gonna have to be the next best thing.

@StonesCrye09 Robert Hart is not touring under the "Bad Company" moniker. This lineup was billed as "Mick Ralph's Bad Company" if I remember correctly and was just 1 date. Anyway , I believe Mick has abandoned this idea since PR has parted ways with Queen and has performed with Rodgers/Kirke through 2 tours with more dates scheduled later this year. Neither Brian Howe or Robert Hart can honestly perform under the "Bad Company" name.
