@Flamorgan The debate over land issues and the council misusing the land should be taken up, admitedly. And abiding by the law is a must. But they have now had their TV moment and need to save face.
@Flamorgan If they have a fixed caravan/house on any of the land they bought or indeed moved onto illegally, then they have to pay council tax. This includes any drain away or rudimentary sewer systems in place. But there will always be a problem with the Gypsies as they fail to want to integrate into the laws of our country and try to pull the 'human rights' act/laws as soon as they fail within our courts. Simple really, they are parasites who milk what they can out of our good nature.

They consider the thought of having a fixed land base (house) a prison. They believe they are above the law. Any one arrested for obstructing the eviction could be sued by Basildon Council, to pay towards the cost of the eviction. I dont think these people know what they are getting into. They could be ruined.
