You know Mike had just had a massive break-in at his house, when this was filmed, and had his whole record collection stolen. There were all sorts of rare gems in his collection, so it must've been worth a fortune - both monetarily speaking, and musically speaking. I bet the person behind it was someone who knew about the collection.

What makes Mike great is not only is he technically amazing but what he does is so funky and amusing, it makes you want to dance all night to what he does. Whereas a lot of DJs just get bogged down into making technical noodling that is quite fatiguing to listen to.
