I have to jump on the anti Pantene bandwagon, all it does it coat your hair with silicone, that's what makes it feel so silky (like a silicone primer) but underneath that it's leaching moisture from your hair. When i was still hairdressing I could tell immediately if a client was a Pantene user because their hair would be slimy when you washed it, i used to get them to use something else for 2 weeks (and teach them hoe to use it properly) and never had a single one go back to Pantene once they

My dermatologist told me that it's bad to use a scrub when you have breakouts or oily skin because the beads actually stimulate the oil glands to produce more oil, making you get more pimples eventually.

I am a big fan of John Freida! My hair is super curly and frizzy and I would recommend it to everyone. I use St. Ives too, its cheaper and it works really well. You are probably like me, in that I also use a anti aging moisturizer and Im only 24 lol.

that grow mascara worked really well on me ..  a clump of lashes pulled out and was left with a spot that was way smaller then the rest and after using that stuff it not only helped it grow faster it made the rest of my lashes so mush longer and more full ..

Thanks for sharing! I'm on the look out for some new hair products as well, but I've got a sensitive scalp. I've started using Pureology and Phyto hair care and it's helped a lot. I used to love Pantene and my daughter still uses it, but doesn't like the new formulas. I'd love to hear what you think of the Revlon Grow Luscious once you've had a chance to see if it works. DO NOT buy the falsies mascara!!!! It is terrible! At least the one I purchased was... The wand is kind of flimsy and too much product gets on the end so when you apply the mascara it just clumps like crazy. It gave me taranchula eyelashes! Thumbs up if you have had this problem too!!! Just wanted to let you know!

for facial cleanser you should have got the Loreal Go 360 Clean! it's the one that comes with the little scrubber and it's amazing! it really washes your face! :)

i'm honestly very surprised that your stylist isn't freaking out on you for using pantene shampoos and conditioners plus the "leave in blah blah blah" stuff...

almost ANYTHING at sally beauty supply is better than what you can find at target or a "drug store". For your blonde you should be using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner (well any colored hair for that matter) and a great thermal protector (for all the heat your using). I hope you start taking better care of your hair!!

I love your videos, but totally disagree with you on how the Pantene Hair masque smells. I use it on my colored hair and my daughters thick curly hair and absolutely love it!!! And both my daughter and I think it smells like candy. We've been using now for a little over a month and have had great results.

i much prefer when you use a thumbnail of yourself for your videos, rather than product pictures. when it shows you i will always click and watch, but i don't always do when it shows a product or celebrity.

maybe that's just me though! just thought i'd let you know :)

For the last couple of months I've been using an organic shampoo from a company called Organix (can find at Target and any drug store and stuff) and I just love it. My hair is pretty thick and oily sometimes and it's made such a difference in my hair. It's more silky and feels more clean etc. I just love it. Love your glasses!

@smasherelley Pantene products add a coating to your hair everytime you use them and after time it will make your hair break off. That's why your hair feels so good, it's because of that coating on it. I don't use drugstore hair products except for John Frieda. So if you can't afford salon products go for John Frieda. I know CVS, Walgreens and Kmart will put their's on sale like buy one get half off. Othewise, my salon products choice is Paul Mitchell or Tigi Bed Head! Hope this helps!

I love the St Ives! It only has natural exfoliant beads, no plastic beads (polyethylene) - those are the ones that scratch me. I use it whenever I wash my hair in the shower as it takes some time to rinse. I also have the gentle one which I use as a cleanser a couple of times a week.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub is TERRIBLE for your skin! It has walnut shell pieces in it and it will actually rip the pores on your skin making them larger. Do some research on it, I definitely suffered the consequences from it. If you notice your skin getting worse within the next week or so, you may want to find a new one!

in canada john frieda shampoo are 10-12$ ! but i have bleached hair so i use the purple one so my hair dont get yellow and it works well

I've heard that the st.ives apricot scrub has sharp beads that can cause tiny micro tears on your skin. You should try to find a brand with smooth round beads.
