I never thought a day would came when I would be so engrossed by a conversation about SHOES. Nevertheless, here we are.

Craig's right, by the way. I own exactly one pair of shoes, and they're probably five or six years old, they're battered, all but shredded to pieces and they probably smell too, but I wear them day in, day out, all year long. They fit my feet like a glove and I dread the day they I must throw them away and get a new, strange pair. It's like a marriage, really.

@sydandtaytum Well no, not really, I suppose I should've said that I have exactly one pair of casual shoes. Of course I have a pair of sneakers for sporting and fancy pants black shoes to go with a suit or something, but other than those yeah, it's pretty much my lovely pair of brown shoe thingies. After years of usage they've molded into such a comfortable state that 90% of the time they're my best bet, unless the situation absolutely demands wellington boots or something.

I am SOOOO insulted by the female stereotypes. the only reason the majority of women obsess over shoes (while men don't) is because women are expected to have 1000 different very complex outfit combos in their wardrobes and they're expected to match to it perfectly, hence the need for shoes for each pair. I'm a woman and I really don't care much about shoes honestly. doesn't make me less of a woman
