@bnsfwarbonnet Those P32's are so banged up, they can't afford to have them out of service without affecting the hudson line. Most of them need a new paint job and major overhauls.

@117amtrak P42's aren't allowed to run the engines inside NY Penn Station, only the P32's are allowed since they are dual locomotives, which operates in Electric mode and not diesel mode.
