The PCT's weasly words are nauseating ... especially the notion of "going against NICE guidelines".... which is just not at all the way it works, and they know that!
All this for 8 grand, or even 24 grand, it's not huge in an NHS budget, is it .. they've wasted time and money arguing it too ...
