I'm using Prometheus 4. I actually didn't download it, I imported it and ripped it from my UMD, and then used the Team HGG patch on the .iso... I'm sure if you look around you can find a download though.
It's the Japanese version with a patch applied. You have to have a custom-firmware PSP to be able to use a patch. The patch is made by Team HGG - teamhgg dot blogspot dot com.
