Don't compare the genius of Mike to Rock Band. It doesn't compare. Rock Band is the same basic premise of real drums but it isn't close. I beat both rock bands on expert drums at my bro's within a week of first playing because its so basic for most actual drummers.

I actually just sat down for about 30 minutes last night and learned it. It's fun as hell to do when you get it. The last part was tricky since I couldn't hear what was going on too much and since my splash is broken but it's a fun little fill.

For anyone that is a true drummer,I think you will understand me here. Mike's reaction @ 1:12 of "Fuck me,ha did you see that? I got it!" is why it is a pleasure for me to watch him play. He has reached a high level of drumming,yet he still has a genuine joy when a beat goes down. Prefer whomever you want to. Almost all,if not all of the drummers mentioned in these comments sections as being "the best" share that same pleasure when at their kits. Play on my fellow keepers and drivers of time!
