I am extending the deadline to tomorrow, July 21, at 1:30 PM. I will post the results on the 22nd. I need time to start judging what I have so far. Me and three of my friends are judging and I have to get us all to decide von an entry.

Yes, but you can enter up to two times.

It says you can USE up to seven sprites. (1 for recolor, 1 for wings, etc.) You can enter twice, but you can use up to seven pokemon to create your sprite.
