i'm assuming that you were using a butter cream frosting. your's was such a perfect texture....how did you get it that way? is it possible to make it that way with just a whisk or wooden spoon and a bowl? I don't have a standing mixer. :( Thanks so much!!!! your video is lovey!
It would take alot of whisking. If you can't afford a stand mixer you should try and get a hand mixer. What makes buttercream soft is the air incorporated through the wisking or beating. Hope that helped.
