  • @Krazygirlx2 im pear and it should slim your thighs down, but try some aerobics too to burn any fat and do this to tone the legs up:)

  • @Donmario71 gewicht ist nicht alles! Du solltest muskelmasse haben - ich wog vor 2 jahren 104 kg und wiege jetzt nur 81kg! Muskelmasse habe ich, aber immernoch ne kleine fettschicht darueber - also ist abnehmen nicht alles! mann muss auch trainieren :)

  • @shayshay301445 because you're muscles are unaccustomed to the excercises.If you do them more times,it will get better and better and you're legs won't hurt anymore :)

  • I was getting ready to do this until I saw there's a lot of complicated dance moods involved. I just want a good workout. I'm not interested in learning to dance.

  • Meh. I'm going to try it a few more times, but I wasn't impressed. It had the same downfall that most workout routines do--you're spending the whole time trying to keep up so you're not actually doing the moves right. I know I'm particularly uncoordinated, but let's face it, a lot of us are. The squats at the beginning and the lunges at the end were good, but the whole mambo thing was just too confusing. I'll try it a few more times and see if I get better, but right now--blah.

  • i want a body like the chick in the middle! if she got it by doing these workouts, then that's what i'll do. i'm almost to my goal, thumbs up if you're almost at yours!

  • @autywon I have knee pain too, what it is with me is my doctor told me my outer thigh muscles are far stronger than my inner thigh ones, and now my kneecap is being pulled that direction, apparently it helps to work the inner thighs

    hmmm. that sounds about right for me as well.

  • @autywon Do you have long or short thighs? Usually that has something to do with it. For women women with longer thighs it's actually ok for the knees to go over the toes a little bit. Also, instead of alternating legs just do stationay lunges. Or just stand with your feet shoulder width apart and bring your leg straight foward, making sure its not right in front of your other leg.

  • @autywon Make sure your knee doesn't go past your toe and stay consistent. Try doing them only half as fast at first until you are sure that you are doing the move right. Knee pain is often caused by not moving enough--especially if you are at all arthritic--and if that is the case the best thing to do is to keep doing the exercises and the knee pain will lessen and eventually go away. The worst thing you can do is quit altogether. Good luck!

  • I'm quite a "big" girl and i tried these workouts for about 3 weeks, people really started to see the difference. and so did I.

    After a while i had no motviation & stopped working out..

    i'm hoping to get back on track! these videos are excellent :)

  • i've been doing all the legs, bums & tums for 3 days now and i've already felt and seen the difference. Get into a reg. routine - and also change your diet for way better results. I'm working on weight loss, and this really helps! Easy exercises for your abilities! iLove it! ;D

  • @olidolixoxo If your looking to lose weight you MUST MUST MUST mix DIET and EXERCISE.

    I recommend an high Alkaline diet (look it up)...

  • @jurgaLT No they're not, they do it at your ability.. and just give it a go and choose the easier option. It's great! i've seen the difference - especialy on my tummy ;)

  • It's been working for me! I started noticing a difference in a few weeks...of course you have to eat healthy as well!

    i did this and i can feel the burn right from the beggining,

  • try the moves like you are going to be sitting in a chair and keep your knees on the same line as your ankles

  • try stepping out more that should work.

  • Forgive me if this is a silly question but can you do these excercises barefoot or w/ flats and still get the same results? [I don't have any good tennis shoes lol]

  • i never work out with shoes on(for like strenght moves at home). it might be bad for me bc im flat footed but i never hurt.

    but dont do them with your dressy flats!

  • no it doesn't make them bigger, it just makes them tighter instead of jiggly :] if you want them to be smaller you have to do some cardio like aerobics or something

  • @reductivani Well, to each his own. Some guys like skinny women. Some guys like fat women. Most guys like curvy women. I guess my point was, we shouldn't negatively obsess about our bodies because everybody is built differently. We should focus on being healthy, not skinny, especially if focusing on a particular part of our bodies makes us feel bad about ourselves, because there are plenty of guys out there who will like us just the way we are. Especially if we're curvy!

  • @woneil08 yeah, guys like curvy girls like kim kardashian but not only curves. people don't only workout to get skinny. they work out to get healthy and that doesn't only mean eating better. if you're over weight it can be dangerous so you need to work out and eat better food to get healthy but it doesn't mean that you wanna be skinny. people also work out to make them selfes happy not only to please others. you always have to remember that you're beautiful in your own way!

    you dont have to look like them, look like yourself, & be yourself? this is just to help shape and tone your body. not to steriotype us all into the same person.

  • i used to have really thin legs. but this really helped build them up and shape them nicely,

    now i'm not too fussed whether i wear shorts or not :D
