Yes he is ~ Billy Blanks Jr. is his son with his wife Gayle Blanks (they're still married to this day). Look up Billy Blank's bio on google or Wikipedia~telling his life story, and Shelly (In all of Billy Blank's tae-Bo videos) is his adopted daughter. Billy's the only father she's ever known.
