dont know mate. very unstable. it has less than 80k. it even moves alot byitself when u take ur foot of the gas pedal as ur doing 60mph. could it be the tires+suspension?
hi,,i have a off road prepped 1990 4 door rangie, and mine wonders on the road too,,ive changed all the track rods and steering damper too lol,,looking into tightning the steering box adjuster next could b that on urs too m8....good luck..ps mine has 2 inch lift and 235 85 16s on it.
when doing 60m/h and i move the steering around half and inch, the whole car feels like rocking. when there is a small hole on the road the same happens. its like you have to very carefull how you move the steering wheel while driving at this speed.
i think that my be the case. if i open the back boot door and sit on the door then you can feel that the whole car just lowers alot down. what are the optimum shocks for this car>
If it take a while to settle after going over speed bumps then it will be the shocks. They are old now so its expected. Not sure about any aftermarket stuff not looked into it yet. Don't want to get my hopes up before i have the funds!
i have a rangie 3.5 efi. its good off road...but when it comes on motorways doing 70mph,,,its all over the place, a slight movement and the thing rocks like a boat-scary. what are the causes of this?
Wooow, I always considered buying a SWB Range Rover (Classic) for off-road... after watching this video I just have to go to eBay :)
I just wondered, what kind of monster that Range Rover had under it's bonnet. Surely it sounds like a small V8, so it could be Rover's 3.5 or 3.9, but I can't believe that it could be so powerful with those engines.
very well done but for me these trucks are too beautiful to drive them like that (I feel it may be the best looking suv ever made) ...but to each his own

try an anti-roll bar. I have one on my 1995 Discovery, but my Range Rover Classic will have one soon.
