i was stupid enough to take part in a testerone lab reserch and after it was over my hair became very thin. never take pills whcih increase testerone, it will lead to bald spots.
i take saw palmetto (sundown brand). started it in early 2008, hair thinning/loss stopped totally in early 09'. haven't lost any since then. learned it in world's greatest health secret book.
Thank you for this video, I was also woundering regards of diet foods- If you know which foods to avoid? I've been told to stay away from dairy products, although im not sure why this would be a problem as long as its balanced in diet.
I have been reading that Saw Palmetto might cause erectile dysfunction...do you know anything about that? I was kind of concerned - so at this moment I am only consuming Pumpkin Seeds oil (in capsules) from GNC and applying EMU oil on my scalp..could you comment on this please?
@hriyanto I have been using Saw Palmetto for years and have never had any problems like erectile dysfunction. In fact my libido is better than ever! Of course I eat a whole food plant based vegan diet as well. Pumpkin seeds are great and so is the EMU oil. There has been research showing that emu oil can re awaken dead follicles so its worth a shot.
@adkpinecone Thanks for the response and the videos. What do you think about Fenugreek? I have also seen your other video about FlaxSeed...Does it have to be real flax seed or can I take flax seed oil instead? I have been using Jojoba oil mixed with Aloe Vera too - But it does not seem to help....Thanks again
my libido is actualy improved too. and loss stopped. now we just gotta get the regowing to start with something that brings blood to the follicles to make it thick again.
@hriyanto If you are scared of using Saw Palmetto I can recommend something better; Nettle root extract. It simply stops the testosterone from turning into DHT and it also stops it from converting into estrogen. So you will get a lot of testosterone =) Which is actually really good to have =)
@hriyanto it's not supposed to do that it's supposed to enhance or prevent that. notice what he mentions about the prostrate in the vid it's connected to that.
There have been studies which have claimed green tea increases DHT! Sometimes it's hard to know what to believe. I've been seeing great results with saw palmetto, but recently I added green tea to my regimene, but now with all these conflicted claims about it, I'm wondering if I should stop.
Also, what's your thoughts on nettle tea? There's conflicted info on this herb too. Some say it's only nettle root that blocks DHT, while others say nettle tea (made with the leaves) does too. Confusing!
@PrayerPeacePurity I would say drinking 1-3 glasses of green tea a day has good benefits. I don't believe the negative effects if there is any would be enough to cause your hair loss to become worse. There is many other factors besides DHT that cause hair loss. I would say nettle tea is fine. Again the effect of the tea on hair is probably very minimal. I believe most of these studies showing it increased DHT is with the use of green tea supplements. Try a combination of the tea and root. :)
@soulsurge84 saw palmetto extract is different than saw palmetto whole berries.. i think thats what your talking about. so yes it is different.. you want to make sure you get the saw palmetto extract as that is far more potent and works better. thanks for your question
@adkpinecone wow thanks for the quick reply..... ive been taking the wrong pills then, but i have noticed that my hairloss has extremely decreased ever since taking pumpkin seed oil and SP pills.... i will purchase the SP extract pills today.,
@soulsurge84 no problem :) i love to be able to help you! i have been taking SP for quite a long time now and it does seem to have slowed down the hair loss! keep at it and definitely let me know how things are going. thanks :-)
@adkpinecone i bought the extract pills but i had a question whether you know if it's ok for me to take the extract pills and whole pills together?.......
@SpatialVortex You take the herbs I mentioned and you can stop 5-alpha-reductase and DHT from overacting. It has kept a lot of hair on my head. Give it a try! ;-)
Guys an amazing all natural DHT blocker is a combination of three different herbs. Dong quai, nettle root, and saw palmetto is the most powerful all natural combination. Blocking DHT is crucial to prevent hairloss and even reverse it!
You can purchase all three of these high quality herbs for a very reasonable price at iherb.com

I work at Merck and I can assure you that Propecia is safe !
All these doctors who are reporting adverse-reactions to the FDA ... need to STOP !!!
If you cant prove how Propecia causes Impotence .. then you should NOT report adverse-reactions !
Merck is being confronted by several class-action lawsuits that threaten the existence of our company !
If doctors have concerns about the safety of propecia... then dont prescribe it ... but FOR GODSAKES dont contact the FDA !
