Take a history lesson on vaccines before commenting. Vaccine court was started back with the Cutter/Polio fallout in the 50s. No one would make life-saving polio vaccines because there were too many frivolous lawsuits bankrupting . It is not "paid for" by the pharma company. It's paid for all consumers of vaccines for those that do suffer from known but very rare side affects of vaccines - GBS, anaphylaxis, etc. Polio, MMR, these vaccines save lives.

While thimerosal is no doubt dangerous, it's a lot safer than small pox or polio. Also, the amounts being used per injection are miniscule: if the avergage injection is assumed to be .5 ml (it's more likely to be around .3ml), and thimerosal is used as a preservative at a .007% concentration, there is so little thimerosal injected cumulatively (ie, all injections combined) that measurement in tissue would be difficult using even GC/MS.

There is no "Make Believe Court". The Vaccine Court is part of the US Court of Claims. This court was established by Congerss under their Constitutional authority to create courts lesser to the Supreme Court. Funny thing is, is folks like you perpetuate the Thimerosal Myth. @RP4409 It was in all the vaccines I've had given my age. It wasn't in my nephews when they had their childhood vaccines and they are just out of highschool. Their mother was paranoid. There are two indicators that follow closely (statistically significant) the increase in autism cases. These are the age of the mother and C Section births. Drug and alcohol use are also indicators as are natural artificial conception methods. But those studies were stopped becasue they were not PC.

Out of the nealy 1000 one was paid for autistic like symtoms following brain swelling several months after a crap load of shots. Further tests after payment determined that a genetic defect was the cause of the swelling. In March of 2010 teh US Court of Appeals ruled that Thimerosal does not cause autism. @Igot1thatcansee The most common injuries are being infected with the disease the vaccine is supposed to help prevent. The other major injury is anaphylaxis (sever shock due to allergic reaction). There are cases where a child develops polio after receiving the vaccine and these get compensated. Some kids have gone into anaphylaxis just from getting stuck with the needle.

@StumpyOuch It is my understanding that vaccine courts are not article III courts that provide due process, jury trials and apply common law to the case. I haven't researched them extensively, so maybe this is the case. If they are some type of administrative court, then I believe it's unconstitutional, such as 'drug' courts or 'family' courts, all of which take rights but do not provide due process. 5. The average american diet contains about 7-9 mg of aluminum per day. Vaccines that contain aluminum (not all do) have less than 1 mg.
6. Yes, you do absorb aluminum from foods you eat, water you drink, etc. Your digestive system is designed to absorb substances. Once these substances are in your bloodstream, they are processed the same way, no matter how they got there originally.
7. I've already given you several studies from government sources that refute the vaccine/autism myth, yet you dismiss it. Now you turn around and demand that the government force pharma to do research. Pharma has done the research, the government has done the research, yet you refuse to even read their studies, claiming that it is not scientific research.

DEATHS from diseases were on the decline for advancements in medicine. Treatments were improving and saving the lives of those w/diseases. Death is not the only outcome of contracting a disease.
Look up "iron lung". Diseases were still causing life long complications.
Chickenpox vaccine was introduced in US in 1995. Since then, there's been >90% reduction of chickenpox cases. Please explain the advancements in diet/sanitation that occurred in 1995 that would explain this decrease in chickenpox if the vaccine was not responsible.
3. You're going to argue that the mercury in vaccines is at dangerous levels, to which I'll reply that there's more mercury in a tuna fish sandwich than there is in a vaccine that contains mercury.
To this, you'll reply that the mercury in vaccines is more dangerous because it's "injected directly into your bloodstream" to which I'll inform you that vaccines are never given intravenously, buy instead are injected into a muscle and then absorbed into your blood stream. The mercury found in fish has an almost 100% uptake (which means your body absorbs almost all of it from food you eat).
You'll make some idiotic statement about how your stomach filters mercury from food/water.
Then I'll tell you to take a basic anatomy or biology class. Your stomach and digestive system are designed to absorb the substances you eat. Your body does absorb mercury from food you eat, it does enter your bloodstream. Once mercury is in your bloodstream, your body processes it the same way, no matter what the route of introduction was.
4. You'll probably then make some argument about how you got measles/chickenpox/whatever and you're just fine.

Take a history lesson on vaccines before commenting. Vaccine court was started back with the Cutter/Polio fallout in the 50s. No one would make life-saving polio vaccines because there were too many frivolous lawsuits bankrupting . It is not "paid for" by the pharma company. It's paid for all consumers of vaccines for those that do suffer from known but very rare side affects of vaccines - GBS, anaphylaxis, etc. Polio, MMR, these vaccines save lives.

While thimerosal is no doubt dangerous, it's a lot safer than small pox or polio. Also, the amounts being used per injection are miniscule: if the avergage injection is assumed to be .5 ml (it's more likely to be around .3ml), and thimerosal is used as a preservative at a .007% concentration, there is so little thimerosal injected cumulatively (ie, all injections combined) that measurement in tissue would be difficult using even GC/MS.

Stuff drugs and tablets, let's just live the way nature intended us to live and evolve without the use of chemical trash. I've had some bad experiences with drugs (pharmecutical type) and I won't ever take any kind of medication again, I'd rather let nature take it's course. I am healthy now and rahter stay that way.
Folks we are only limited to what to what we don't know. There is plenty of knowledge out there if we make a strong effort to use it. Knowledge is power, but only if you use it.

There is no "Make Believe Court". The Vaccine Court is part of the US Court of Claims. This court was established by Congerss under their Constitutional authority to create courts lesser to the Supreme Court. Funny thing is, is folks like you perpetuate the Thimerosal Myth. It hasn't been used in vaccines for years and yet it is blamed for a host of conditions.

@RP4409 It was in all the vaccines I've had given my age. It wasn't in my nephews when they had their childhood vaccines and they are just out of highschool. Their mother was paranoid. There are two indicators that follow closely (statistically significant) the increase in autism cases. These are the age of the mother and C Section births. Drug and alcohol use are also indicators as are natural artificial conception methods. But those studies were stopped becasue they were not PC.

Out of the nealy 1000 one was paid for autistic like symtoms following brain swelling several months after a crap load of shots. Further tests after payment determined that a genetic defect was the cause of the swelling. In March of 2010 teh US Court of Appeals ruled that Thimerosal does not cause autism. This was due to the overwealming scientific evidence.

@Igot1thatcansee The most common injuries are being infected with the disease the vaccine is supposed to help prevent. The other major injury is anaphylaxis (sever shock due to allergic reaction). There are cases where a child develops polio after receiving the vaccine and these get compensated. Some kids have gone into anaphylaxis just from getting stuck with the needle.

I also have to point out that diagnostic/treatment practices are not equal around the world. A country with the infrastructure to not only diagnose these problems but to also track and keep records of such things is important. Not all can afford to do so.
Ignoring the fact that you just lump 47 distinctly different countries together as if they're all the same. Vaccination rates along the continent vary greatly. This is a much more complex issue than your simplistic "A+B=C" mentality.

All vaccines are not manufactured in China. Sanofi Pasteur is manufactured in France, Canada and the US: GSK in Belgium and Germany: Merk, MedImmune and Lederle are all in the US.
The 75 cents is an excise tax that the vaccine manufacturers pay into NVCIP, which compensates LEGITIMATE cases of vaccine injury.

@realguy420 I've been reading Stump's "studies". AS posted above, his 1st source (Dr. Gorkin) is funded by DOD & NIH. Not independent. FAIL. Gorkin cites 2 studies. 1 was done in Canada. FAIL FOR U.S. - we use diff vaccines. Also, another cite states this as foundation for study: "a study was released [on] the question of whether vaccination with thimerosal-containing vaccines is correlated with the development of autism or autism spectrum disorders." Problem: we're not sure it's thimerisol.

@StumpyOuch It is my understanding that vaccine courts are not article III courts that provide due process, jury trials and apply common law to the case. I haven't researched them extensively, so maybe this is the case. If they are some type of administrative court, then I believe it's unconstitutional, such as 'drug' courts or 'family' courts, all of which take rights but do not provide due process. Sorry to see people insulting & demeaning as you are; de facto devoid of common courtesy.

Amish, Mennonite, homebirthers, homeschoolers ... most say NO to vaccines & grow up healthy. No incidence of austism in UNVACCINATED Amish children. Please give me any evidence you have that vaccines are causing any of the problems that you're stating. Valid evidence. Not "my cousin's best friend's mother's next door neighbor had her kid vaccinated and he became autistic over night" type of "evidence".

List one study that shows a confirmed autism/vaccine link.
Should I insist on the same criteria as you? Any study coming from a person who gets paid by anti-vax groups is automatically dismissed as being a liar.

@StumpyOuch I don't follow instructions at all. I write & create "instructions" and I research in my own way, not yours. I don't care what you think or your opinion. I write here b/c I know many others read this. When someone makes a claim, like you have, I start at the beginning & read what you say, who you cite, what they say. If those people are independent researchers, I read study summary, then body if it still looks like independent (non-gov/pharma), controlled, scientific research.

I research & read REAL research, not propaganda. You make plenty of wild accusations. Demonstrates true ignorance, bad manners & toxic attitude. If you state that there is a vaccine/autism link, the onus is on you to provide evidence for these claims. You have never provided one single study that supports this statement. I've asked you many times for one study that supports you, you refuse to list one.
3. Pediatric vaccines do not contain mercury, and they have not contained mercury for almost a decade now.

5. The average american diet contains about 7-9 mg of aluminum per day. Vaccines that contain aluminum (not all do) have less than 1 mg.
6. Yes, you do absorb aluminum from foods you eat, water you drink, etc. Your digestive system is designed to absorb substances. Once these substances are in your bloodstream, they are processed the same way, no matter how they got there originally.

@StumpyOuch the thing i don't like about the vaccine issue is a lot of them are made in china, some are contaminated with viruses that come from pigs and monkeys, this has been documented as truth not fear mongering, until these issues are solved i can not recommend to family and friends to get their children vaccinated. but is you do get bitten by a mad elitist do get your rabies vaccine, the older "12 injection in the gut version" is more effective then the new one.

@StumpyOuch there are a whole list of things that need to be done to make vaccines safe and if i had the power they would be safe and this anti-vaccine movement most likely not exist. did you view the video? i didn't say "70+ vaccines were way too many" the video did and i agree it is. all i want to see is clean pure vaccines no toxic chems, dangerous virus contamination and the vaccine made in America if they are being used here. in the 60's most vaccines were safe and autism was very low.

Yes, it is pretty simple. All it takes is a vial of vaccine and someone who understands chemistry. There are independent labs all over the country that will do this for you for a fee (couple hundred bucks last I checked). But of course, every single independent lab is actually part of the evil scientific empire ::eyeroll::: so you could find a HS chemistry teacher to do it for you.
So you're saying a couple hundred bucks or finding a willing HS chem teacher is too much?

My reply to this is that diseases were NOT going away on their own before vaccinations (you'll claim better sanitation/nutrition were making diseases go away).
DEATHS from diseases were on the decline for advancements in medicine. Treatments were improving and saving the lives of those w/diseases. Death is not the only outcome of contracting a disease.
Look up "iron lung". Diseases were still causing life long complications.

Chickenpox vaccine was introduced in US in 1995. Since then, there's been >90% reduction of chickenpox cases. Please explain the advancements in diet/sanitation that occurred in 1995 that would explain this decrease in chickenpox if the vaccine was not responsible.
3. You're going to argue that the mercury in vaccines is at dangerous levels, to which I'll reply that there's more mercury in a tuna fish sandwich than there is in a vaccine that contains mercury.

To this, you'll reply that the mercury in vaccines is more dangerous because it's "injected directly into your bloodstream" to which I'll inform you that vaccines are never given intravenously, buy instead are injected into a muscle and then absorbed into your blood stream. The mercury found in fish has an almost 100% uptake (which means your body absorbs almost all of it from food you eat).
You'll make some idiotic statement about how your stomach filters mercury from food/water.

Then I'll tell you to take a basic anatomy or biology class. Your stomach and digestive system are designed to absorb the substances you eat. Your body does absorb mercury from food you eat, it does enter your bloodstream. Once mercury is in your bloodstream, your body processes it the same way, no matter what the route of introduction was.
4. You'll probably then make some argument about how you got measles/chickenpox/whatever and you're just fine.
