if I can't pay cash for something I dont want it ,I have a 7 berdroom in a nice neighborhood ,we used a handy hammer and built it ourselves most people would rather use other peoples money and bust their asses trying to make a note when all they have to do is put some sweat into building their house themselves and you can purchase land in various places cheap in some cases.

In hindsight, this ad was foretelling! Scary, no one paid attention to it. Viola we got sacked with economic downfall brought on by careless practices the financial credit services industry carried out. This all started way way back with creative schemes crafted by Providian that was copied throughout the industry (tapped the unbanked market w/ 0 annual fees but hit customers w/ stealth fees - high penalties)..Consumer credit debt fueled subprime lending -- really, screwy wasn't it?!!?!

No it isnt. Its a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 5/6 speed variable automatic, high output V8, AWD, Dana 44s front and rear, 3.73 locking axle ratio. Pretty beastly off road and comfortable on road. I do like his car.

Look up what the average debt is for someone when the graduate college,very scary. And thats when you're young and don't have an established career. I'm amazed that the education system in this country doesn't try and teach kids how to be responsible with money and not just spend it on fast food, music, etc. Most folks salaries should be able to pay for their home and transportation...if they can't, there is something seriously wrong with their spending habits.
