its really simple, you eat less calories than your daily allowance, for women it is 2000 calories so eat say 1800 and don't forget to excersise. its so easy, i can't understand why people think its so complicated.

yes i see an imporvement as well.. dont take this the wrong way.. you can do better thou.. you have to constantly keep challenging your self otherwise you body will adapt to your routine and change will come very slow or not at all... and i agree.. lift weights.. dont worry.. your wont get muscles. just do lighter weight and more reps and continue the running.
